How to sell with Esale Online Estate Agents

2. Photo's And Floorplan
Photo's and Floorplan
Our photographer will give you a call to arrange a visit. As well as the photo's they will draw a floor plan, and work with you to write a property description. They will also carry out an EPC if one has been ordered.
3. Your Advert
Your Advert
We will create an attractive description and compile a draft advert. We then send it to you for your approval. Once you are completely happy the advert will go live on the various websites.
4. Arranging Viewings

Your home will soon be getting interest. We speak to every viewer and get detailed information so you know who you will be showing around
5. Accepting An Offer
Accepting An Offer
We will work with you to get you the best sales price. Once you are completely happy we send the paperwork to solicitors and get the legal work started
6. Sale Progression
Sale Progression
We don't stop when we have found a buyer. In fact, that's often when the hard work begins. Our team are here to progress the sale all the way through to completion and are very experienced at overcoming any issue that may arise
