This week was a bit of a landmark week for us.

It had nothing to do with the World Cup, the record summer temperatures or Brexit. It was simply that we put a neat and tidy, three-bedroom home in Scotland on the market.

No great shakes, you might think. After all, estate agents have been doing that since Rob Roy was a lad (probably).

But it was a first for us north of the border – and one which we hope will be first of many.

Our back story

We started small back in 2012. Back then we only had a diminutive portfolio and we focused entirely on the Yorkshire property market from our home in Harrogate.

But the no-nonsense approach epitomised by folk from God’s Own Country seemed to strike a chord and, before long, we were being asked to sell homes from further afield – in London, Birmingham,   Nottingham and even across the Pennines in Lancashire.

It’s been a bit of a roller-coaster ride; we’ve sought and found investors who have helped us to grow and it’s fair to say we’re now poised to kick on once more, offering simple estate agency packages with no hidden extras and a money-back guarantee to even more folk around the UK.
