STEP 1 - Choose an option

Decide if you want to pay upfront or on completion. Then place your order online or by calling one of the team free on 0800 025 345.

STEP 2 - We come to your home

Our assessor will call to get the photos, draw a floor plan, and work with you to write a property description. They will also carry out an EPC if one has been ordered.

STEP 3 - Getting the advert live

We will create detailed description and put an attractive advert together. We then send email that to you for your approval. Once you are completely happy the advert will go live on Rightmove, On The Market, One Dome etc.

STEP 4 - Viewings

Your home will soon be getting interest. We speak to every viewer and get detailed information so you know who you will be showing around.

STEP 5 - Agree a sale

We will work with you to get you the best sales price. Once you are completely happy we send the paperwork to solicitors and get the legal work started.

STEP 6 - Sales progression
